MARAE IZAKAYA is an exciting Japanese Izakaya & bar located at Chadstone Shopping Centre. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hall / Dining Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities at our venue.

What you will need:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Dining Manager role, with a proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, confidence, active listening, always willing to share ideas and support colleagues.
• The ability to communicate well with customers in English.
• Japanese language skills are a plus.

Working Hours

• 38 hours per week, including weekends.
• Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits

• Hourly wage:
• Weekday : $37 + Super.
• Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
• Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

Experience:

• Japanese Restaurant Dining: 3 years (Preferred)
• Restaurant/Dining Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
