POSITION SUMMARY
The Chef de Cuisine of Events is responsible for all cooking and kitchen activities related to functions and events. This role involves planning menus, designing custom meal options, and overseeing the culinary team. The chef will also oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that everything meets quality standards and adheres to provided budgets. To excel in this role, the chef must be a strong leader, possess a creative approach to cooking, and deliver exceptional experiences for guests while efficiently handling large quantities of food without compromising on quality.
