We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Food and Beverage Attendants in various exclusive outlets within our hotel, including the renowned Suzette Restaurant and the sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar. As a member of our team, you will play a significant role in delivering unparalleled service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.
A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, a positive demeanour, impeccable personal presentation, and the ability to greet guests with a warm “Bonjour” are essential prerequisites for this position.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
• Ability to run different restaurant sections to ensure smooth operations and quality service
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
  Qualifications

YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification (required)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required)
• Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Accurate cash handling abilities
• Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
