We are looking for a Part Time Porter to join our Concierge team! A little taste of your day-to-day Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and professional demeanor. Assisting with luggage, including unloading/loading vehicles and transporting bags to and from guest rooms. Providing directions within the hotel and guidance to local attractions or transportation options. Maintaining a clean and presentable lobby area and entrance. Assisting in organizing or directing guest traffic, especially during busy check-in/out times or events. Opening doors and providing a welcoming experience at the entrance. Escorting guests to their rooms and providing a brief orientation of room features and hotel facilities. Handling special requests, such as delivering amenities, extra towels, or cots. Coordinating with the front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping teams. Monitoring the lobby and entrance for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
