ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position offers great variety in terms of the job roles which include working across the gaming area, the bistro, reception, or even the bar and coffee shop.

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons and guests
• Greeting and welcoming guests to the Club
• Upselling of products and membership services.
• Assisting patron enquiries and providing accurate information on club activities
• Processing and delivering orders via tray and bar service
• Preparing food and beverages within the café
• Maintaining general cleanliness and presentation of the Club

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
• Previous Barista experience (desirable)
• Previous experience in TAB or Keno (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional grooming and presentation
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
