The ideal candidate will have a proven background in property management, guest services, or hospitality, with the ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently while ensuring a 5-star guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Airbnb/short-term rental management or hospitality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy and familiar with Airbnb platform and property management tools
• Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience managing multiple listings
• Knowledge of local tourism trends and guest expectations
