JOB SUMMARY

The Technician 3 is responsible for inspecting, performing and preventative maintenance in all aspects and general maintenance of facilities structures and equipment.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with trades associated with Facilities Maintenance
• Rectification and diagnostic and troubleshooting Skills.
• Background Preventative and Reactive Maintenance

• Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features.
• Carries out CBM’s (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned and follows through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals.
• Work safe and follow all health and safety guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work and perform required duties during building emergencies.
• Maintain tools and equipment as issued, ensure calibration is updated where appropriate.
