Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems to ensure proper operation. Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns. Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors, and thermostats. Test electrical circuits and components for safety and efficiency. Clean and inspect air filters, coils, and other components to maintain air quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests. Coordinate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks efficiently.
