Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions is representing a distinguished family in Business Bay, Dubai, seeking a Private Chef with proven expertise in vegan and vegetarian cuisine. This is a long-term residential role, ideal for a professional who is passionate about health-conscious dining and refined service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare all daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and snacks for the family, with emphasis on vegan/vegetarian dishes.
Develop balanced menus combining Indian fusion and international cuisines.
Ensure meals are aligned with the family’s focus on healthy, low-fat, low-calorie, and child-friendly diets.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, menu planning, and ingredient sourcing (organic, premium produce).
Adapt to entertaining needs when required while respecting the family’s preference for early dining (6:00–6:30 PM )
Candidate Profile
5–7 years’ experience in private households, luxury hotels, or fine dining.
Strong expertise in vegan and vegetarian cuisine; ability to design creative menus.
Professional, discreet, adaptable, and warm personality; fluent in English.
Open to long-term commitment (2–4 years).
Locally available candidates in the UAE are preferred, though exceptional overseas profiles are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 7,500 – 8,000 per month
Fully furnished private accommodation in Business Bay, Dubai.
One weekly day off, medical insurance as per UAE law.
Return airfare to the home country every 2 years.
Annual performance-based bonus.
