First impressions count. We’re seeking a Doorman who can offer a warm welcome, open doors to exceptional service, and ensure every arrival and departure feels effortless and memorable.
A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Welcome all arriving guests; assist guests with front door and unloading luggage from vehicles. Alert management of any suspicious activities or characters.
• Summon taxis, shuttle drivers, or valet parking attendants upon guest request.
• Coordinate baggage handling with bell-persons and/or luggage attendants; may assist with luggage handling as necessary.
• Assist departing guest with all luggage and transportation needs; invite departing guests back to the hotel and thank them for visiting.
• Perform other duties as assigned such as ensuring the hotel entrance is free of litter and debris.

What We need from you:
High School diploma or equivalent, and one year guest service or doorperson experience preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

• Carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 100 pounds
• Handling objects such as luggage
• Bending, stooping, kneeling
