CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

· Previous experience in food service or a café setting preferred
· Knowledge of operating ice cream machines and waffle makers required
· Ability to work in a team and under pressure during busy hours
· Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
· 2+ years in Dubai
· Always proposed initiative to increase sales in the café.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly, positive and energetic Café Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating an ice cream machine and preparing waffle sandwiches, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operate and maintain soft-serve ice cream machines and related equipment
· Prepare and assemble a variety of waffle sandwiches to order
· Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
· Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift
· Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, machines, and utensils
· Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
· Assist with opening and closing duties of the café
