JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress is a plus
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus

  Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per mont

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
