PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A SPA THERAPIST, A POOL & FITNESS ATTENDANT OR SPA RECEPTION EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

• Must be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times, particularly with regard to interactions with guests and fellow associates.
• Must have strong personal management skills.

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for supervising all areas of the Spa operation and assuming Spa Manager On Duty responsibilities. Working in a supportive role to the Spa Management team in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to guest satisfaction, operating requirements, marketing and promotions, VIP guest visits, associate relations and department training. The Spa Supervisor will play a key role in exceeding guest expectations through a programme of continuously improving all standards within the Spa.
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, a Pool & Fitness attendant or Spa Reception experience along with previous supervisory experience is essential for this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide leadership, direction and support to the employees at the Spa to develop a highly motivated team, who can deliver on expected standards of service in all areas.

• Responsible for Opening/Closing Procedures when on duty.

• Pro-actively deal with/follow up on all guest enquiries, feedback, complaints & issues in a timely manner.
• Undertake Reception, Pool & Gym or Therapy shifts when required and where possible.
