Lincombe Hall is a 46 bedroom, 4 star hotel close to Torquay town centre looking for Duty Manager to join the team.
Having invested in many areas of the hotel and improving the service throughout the previous years, we are looking for a hands on individual to lead the team by example and set standards.
Working mainly within the Food & Beverage Operation and running breakfast & dinner shifts, as part of a Senior team of 3. We are looking for an individual who can work within the team, implement new procedures, maintain consistent standards and ensure the team are delivering the high standards of service we expect. A working knowledge of Reception and procedures is preferred..
The role also includes some pool plant management, regular chemical level checks, fire alarm testing and other day to day duties.
A competitive rate of pay is available for this position, weekend working and shifts are a part of this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
