THE GOLDEN EXPERIENCE

We’re now looking for outstanding individuals to become Golden Experience Hosts, the personal guides who bring that extra sparkle of joy, calm and care to every family’s journey.

THE ROLE

As a Golden Experience Host, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for our premium guests, guiding them through their time in Lapland with warmth, confidence and care.
You’ll be their storyteller, organiser and friendly face, helping families move seamlessly through the experience while adding subtle moments of magic that will stay with them long after they leave.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Welcoming families with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Escorting them through the 4.5-hour immersive journey across our woodland world
• Anticipating needs and providing thoughtful touches throughout the visit
• Liaising discreetly with the Father Christmas team and other departments to pass on key guest details
• Ensuring guests receive the highest level of care and attention, especially high-profile visitors
• Maintaining a polished, calm and proactive presence in a fast-moving environment.
