THE ROLE — WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver refined, friendly service that drives spend and loyalty.
• Master steps of service, read the table, and pace and guide sharing menus.
• Describe dishes, allergens, and pairings with confidence.
• Upsell with integrity – cocktails, wine, premium water, sides, desserts.
• Handle payments, opening/closing duties, and maintain immaculate table standards.
• Support your team across floor, bar, and reservations to ensure a seamless experience.
