Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. As part of the Eataly London team, you’ll contribute to our mission of sharing the rich flavours and traditions of Italy with our guests while fostering a vibrant atmosphere for friends and families to gather. Founded in Northern Italy in 2007, Eataly has since expanded its unique stores and concepts to 14 countries across 3 continents. Each location is dedicated to sharing our core ethos of EAT, SHOP, and LEARN.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available for a minimum of 30 hours per week from 1st October 2025.
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
• Conversational level of spoken and written English.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Stock, rotate, merchandise, and face product according to department procedures.
• Ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards and taking corrective action.
• Ensures all items are rotated by ’First In First Out’ (FIFO) standards.
• Maintains and organises back-stock and storage areas according to department standards.
• Adheres to all guidelines about product recommendations and information.
• Will assist guests with questions or queries to the best of their ability or find the customer another colleague to help in a friendly and polite manner.
