Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support implementation of HSSE / HSEMS systems in line with ADNOC and legal requirements.
Assist in developing and updating HSSE policies, procedures, and manuals.
Conduct HSSE inspections, risk assessments, and audits across ADOC sites.
Monitor HSSE performance, incidents, and near‑miss reporting.
Support and deliver HSSE training, awareness programmes, and workshops.
Monitor and audit contractor HSE compliance at worksites.
Support HSSE studies and project activities, including coordination with consultants.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

we need candidate having

7–8 years of total experience, with minimum 5 years working as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.

Experience at ADNOC worksites is preferred.
