Scope and responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial modeling;
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence;
• Assist in deal execution including: conduct deal structuring, legal documentation, negotiations and post-closing deal monitoring;
• Monitor asset performance and;
• Assist in reviewing strategic orientations of the portfolio companies.

Experience required

• At least two years of investment banking experience at a top-tier investment banks or consulting firms;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative;
• Hard-working with strong dedication to the position and company; and
• Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
