Ensure compliance with employment legislation in all operational regions. Oversee HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting. Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies within the HR function. Employee Relations & Performance Management Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues. Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, grievances, and outcomes. Partner with leaders to proactively address performance concerns and provide coaching on performance improvement strategies. Talent Management & Workforce Planning Support business leaders in workforce planning and organizational structure decisions. Lead and execute key HR projects, including engagement and retention initiatives. Partner with international leaders to align HR practices with business strategy. Manage immigration and international relocation processes, working with consultants as required. Training & Development Provide coaching and support to managers and team members on HR-related matters. Assist in the design and implementation of talent development programs when required. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications Typically 5+ years of experience in a HR Management or HR Operations role. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Employment Law.
