We are now recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor (at a 5* London Hotel) to join our Bayleaf family and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. We are looking for flexible, experienced supervisors with good communication skills.

• Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness for the hotel bedroom, public areas and linen stores as directed by your manager
• Take responsibility for the supervision of all housekeepers and provide support and training where necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Communicated regularly with all housekeepers to ensure that they work cooperatively and that they kept up to date with the hotel occupancy, stays and changeovers
• Train new and existing housekeepers to carry out their duties to meet departmental standards previously agreed with your manager. This includes advising staff members of any changes that may occur
• Ensure all guest enquiries and request are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Encourage guest to complete guest questionnaires and use feedback to change and improve the standard of service provided
• Maintain an adequate supply of linen for all accommodations and F&B area. This include leasing with another department head to meet requirement for upcoming business
• Accurate incoming and outgoing record linen supply to ensure correct invoice. This included reporting of any discrepancy’s deliveries or on invoices and below standards linen supply.
