Job Title: Head of People & Capability – Project Management
Location: Warton (3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £92,700+ with car allowance and bonus, depending on skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Relevant Project Management degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability in Project Management integration, including planning
• In-depth knowledge of people capability elements and talent management
• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across a large, dispersed functional model

• Leads Project Management functional activities related to People & Capability, delivered by the Project Management functional team. The scope spans from strategic planning through to the delivery of functional services across the operating model
• Oversees and coordinates Strategic Workforce Planning and Critical Skills initiatives on behalf of the Project Management function
• Aligns and integrates people capability work across Project Management Value Streams, Capabilities, and Disciplines
• Leads Recruitment/Supply strategy for the Project Management function and manages the integrated Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) approach
• Develops the PM functional supply plan through the relevant phases of Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Ensures consistent execution of talent processes, including learning and development, across the Air sector, collaborating with the functional services team and HR to enable efficient and effective resource allocation across the sector
