Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Business Development professionals and Capture Managers, ensuring they are aligned with HCRC’s strategic objectives. Establish workforce and staffing plans to maximize the team’s productivity and resource efficiency. Innovative Growth Initiatives: Identify, evaluate, and pursue high-impact business growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, licensing, and new market segments. Your insights will shape HCRC’s business strategies and open doors to new revenue streams. Operational Oversight: Lead weekly pipeline reviews, operational planning, bid agenda development, collaboration sessions, and key proposal milestones, ensuring each activity aligns with our growth objectives. Customer and Industry Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with key government customers, clients, competitors, and partners within the federal sector and Intel Community. Coordinate with HCRC’s tech-focused divisions to foster innovation and respond to emerging trends in government contracting. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years in Business Development, including a minimum of 12 years leading teams in a high-growth environment. Demonstrated experience managing successful capture and pipeline efforts across Intel Community and DoD sectors, with a record of delivering results at diverse acquisition scales. In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and proven ability to utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and build relationships. Existing access to key government and industry contacts within the Intel Community, along with a deep understanding of their needs and acquisition strategies.
