You will own the architecture and evolution of our automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and mentor a growing team of QA engineers and testers to raise the bar for quality across the organization. ## Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks for API and integration tests, delivering measurable coverage growth each quarter. • Develop and maintain comprehensive API test suites (REST and GraphQL) including contract tests, schema validation, and negative scenarios, with automated reports to stakeholders. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Agile environments to translate acceptance criteria into automated test cases and define quality gates for each sprint. • Mentor and coach QA and development teammates on automation best practices, code quality, and testability to raise overall test maturity. • Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives by analyzing defect trends, performing root cause analysis, and driving process changes to reduce production incidents. • Enhance CI/CD pipelines to run parallel automated tests across multiple environments, accelerating feedback loops and reducing mean time to detection. • Lead API performance and reliability testing, including load and soak tests, with dashboards and alerting integrated into monitoring platforms.
