Élabore et propose divers outils de gestion permettant d’évaluer la progression des interventions. Contribue à l’amélioration continue des processus. Participe aux comités paritaires SST de l’entreprise concernant la gestion des risques psychosociaux et s’assure que les actions préventives et correctives sont mises en œuvre et complétées. Conçoit, organise et anime des activités d’information, de sensibilisation et de formation de son domaine d’activités. Prendre en charge le comité des pairs aidants et les activités reliés à ce comité. Organise diverses activités reliées à la santé et au mieux-être pour les travailleurs de l’entreprise.
