We now have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished individual to join our exceptional Food and Beverage team.This person will be an expert in everything to do with the delivery of an exemplary food and beverage service.You will lead,train and inspire the restaurant staff to exceed company standards and customer expectation.

• Work within all budgets provided,taking ownership for budgets,operating within the set targets
• Achieve budgeted profit by leading your team,communicating and motivating individuals effectively towards achievement of objectives.
• In conjunction with Food and Beverage Manager,produce and manage front of house rota’s,managing performance at all times
• Recommend improvements,which you believe would help grow our business and sustain our position in the market
• Ensure all Swan Hotel & Spa Company policies are implemented and maintained at all times
