The successful candidate’s day-to-day duties will involve assessing, investigating, and verifying customers’ housing needs under part 6 of the housing act 1996 and managing a large caseload on customers on the Housing Register. This role will include carrying out home visits, telephone duties and office interviews to determine customers housing needs. Also able to work proactively, is highly motivated and ready for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will also have drive, resilience and enthusiasm with a strong background of core legislations.
