About the Role: Lecturer in Health and Social Care
As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach up to Level 3 in Health and Social Care as well as T levels. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment at vocational level, with a strong focus on science. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

• Proven experience in Vocational programmes
• You will demonstrate expertise within a science specialism
• Strong knowledge of Health and Social Care up to Level 3 and T levels
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
• A recognised teaching qualification

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
