Our 40+ strong sustainable investing team works closely with colleagues across the business, leveraging their skills and knowledge to contribute to clients’ sustainability goals and investment outcomes. We aim to work in partnership with our clients to understand their specific sustainability needs and identify the right solutions for them. A bit about the role: This role contributes to the development, positioning and ongoing evolution of the firm’s sustainable investment strategies across both public and private markets, with a strong focus on product development, platform strategy, market intelligence and private markets integration. The successful candidate will help translate sustainability frameworks and market insights into investable strategies, scalable fund structures and clearly differentiated product positioning. The role will also contribute innovative ideas for sustainable investment strategies, fund enhancements and platform evolution in response to changing market trends and client demand. Working closely with investment, product and sustainability teams, they will support the design and development of new strategies, solutions and mandates, while enhancing and repositioning existing funds to ensure clarity, consistency and client relevance. The role also involves supporting the application of sustainability frameworks across the fund platform, ensuring alignment between sustainability approaches, portfolio construction and client propositions, and monitoring evolving regulatory requirements and market standards (e.g SDR, SFDR and ESMA) to assess implications for products, disclosures and fund positioning. Through analysis of portfolio characteristics, market trends and sustainability exposures, the individual will provide insight to support product development and strategic decision-making. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience within asset management, investment consulting, product strategy, sustainable investing or a related investment role. Degree educated, with a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CAIA, IMC) or a willingness to work towards one desirable. Strong interest in investment product development, strategy, fund positioning and market trends, with experience of or exposure to private markets desirable. Understanding of sustainable investment trends, frameworks and evolving regulation, with the ability to assess implications for products, disclosures and fund positioning. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate market insights into practical product ideas and work effectively across investment, product, distribution and sustainability teams.
