We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Blind and Shutter Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatment products, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction or carpentry, with the ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.

SKILLS

• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools related to installation tasks.
• Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods, including masonry and plaster techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret worksheets for accurate installation procedures.
• Experience in carpentry, with skills in building custom solutions when required.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
