JOB SUMMARY

The Three Tuns is a 15th-century village pub serving up to 700 guests every week, Located 15 minutes drive from Cambridge, in Fen Drayton. We now have an opportunity for an Manager to join our already successful team, who will be responsible for assisting and developing the Three Tuns team.
The position would be working closely with the owners to ensure consistency, but also being capable of running the bar & restaurant alone as required on the rota to cover holidays and days off. You will be required to work evenings and weekends but will also have once a month weekend off!

• Promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members.
• Monitor staff performance by supervising, motivating and training the team to ensure duties are performed efficiently with customer service and satisfaction being a key focus
• Monitor daily operations by supervising and assisting according to demand to maintain appropriate levels of customer service
• Ensure daily reporting and banking procedures are followed
• Carry out regular till and stock checks
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff at all times
• Any other duties as directed by the owners
