About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Floor Supervisor is responsible in keeping the hotel guest rooms, corridors, back of the house and all company assets in a perfect state of cleaning and supervising the Room Attendants on the assigned floor. The Floor Supervisor reports to the Executive Housekeeping Manager.

As Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise Room Attendants on the assigned floors
• Handle and follow up on guest requests and provide prompt services
• Responsible for checking and releasing guest rooms
• Responsible for cleanliness of guest rooms and adjoining public area
• Organise and control deep cleaning

As Floor Supervisor, we expect from you:

• Completed training in the hotel industry desirable
• Good organisation skills
• Good communication skills and written knowledge in both German and English
• Charming and friendly appearance
• Discretion and loyalty
• Experience in the housekeeping department in the luxury hotel industry is an advantage
