Position Overview: As a Lead Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tech installation services to our customers, both in residential and commercial settings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients’ tech devices are installed and configured to their satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years experience in AV / CCTV installations.
• Must have your own vehicle, tools, and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of tools related to tech installations.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Our 5-star rating is extremely important to us.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Nice to have: Experience working with automation, lighting, or control systems (Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, etc).
• Nice to have: Experience with LED installations, Industry Certifications like CTS, CEDIA, Crestron, or Other.
