Description du poste Aperçu du poste : Relevant de la directrice du bureau de projet, le (la) chargé (e) de projet aura comme responsabilité d’assurer le bon déroulement des projets en gardant les équipes de travail motivées et informées. Il (elle) devra trouver des solutions, des moyens et des ressources afin d’optimiser et de mener à terme les projets en respect avec les échéanciers. Principales responsabilités Effectuer la gestion de projets diversifiés (ex: manufacturier, ingénierie, communications, marketing, TI, etc.) et multi-départementaux Planifier et identifier les ressources requises pour chaque étape de l’échéancier des projets Animer les rencontres, telles que : démarrage du projet, post-mortem Assurer la gestion de risques et effectuer les recommandations appropriées S’assurer du suivi et de la progression des différents projets avec les équipes concernées Participer activement à l’évolution du bureau de projets et de ses processus en proposant des améliorations ou en essayant de nouvelles façons de faire Effectuer les tâches administratives liées aux projets, incluant la facturation, la validation des livrables, la rédaction des rapports d’étape et de fin de projet, etc. Participer à la mise en place d’un plan de gestion du changement en collaboration avec les parties prenantes, afin de faciliter l’implantation du projet et en gérant les demandes de changements de mandat à l’intérieur du projet Participer au développement des indicateurs de performance permettant de soutenir efficacement la prise de décisions et d’optimiser la qualité en cours de réalisation de projets Qualifications Baccalauréat en gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projets Expérience au sein d’un environnement manufacturier Bilingue (français et anglais) – oral et écrit Connaissance en gestion du développement de produit de consommation Connaissance approfondie des produits MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel et Word) Certification en gestion de projet (PMP), un atout Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule (déplacements dans la grande région de Montréal) Posséder un passeport valide et être en mesure de prendre l’avion à destination du Canada et des États-Unis Ouverture et intérêt à œuvrer dans différents secteurs de l'entreprise Capacité à motiver et à négocier efficacement avec l’ensemble des collaborateurs et les clients pour prendre les actions nécessaires Excellentes aptitudes de communication, d’influence et de collaboration Être orienté vers l’action Sens aiguisé de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités Habileté à établir des relations interpersonnelles fructueuses Capacité à prendre des décisions rapides et éclairées Apte à identifier et trouver des solutions aux problèmes en temps opportun Informations supplémentaires Pourquoi travailler chez Intersand 37,5 heures par semaine Avantages sociaux complets Conciliation travail/vie personnelle Collègues sensationnels Rémunération compétitive Mode de travail hybride Chez Intersand, nous nous engageons à créer un environnement où chacun se sent valorisé, respecté et encouragé à donner le meilleur de lui-même.
