CPA Ontario is seeking a Director, Program Strategy and Integration to support the New CPA Professional Program – a cross-profession strategic transformation initiative, which requires working closely with the internal leadership team and Program team on changes to education program delivery within the new Program’s context. This Director will be pivotal in synthesizing information across the program with a strategic mindset, supporting the development of strategic materials for CPAO’s Council and Senior Executive Team as well as supporting the ongoing delivery and integration of the new CPA Professional Program across the organization. This Director will play a pivotal role in the New CPA Professional Program, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders as well as moving deliverables forward and ensuring integration, awareness and understanding is developed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assembling senior level materials including presentations, datasheets, summaries and memos while supporting the SVP of Student Services and the Program Management team.
Working closely with stakeholders across the program to formulate and set the strategy, identify interdependencies, risks and connection points as well as ensuring that program deliverables for senior management are on track, synthesized and communicated in a clear and elevated level for leadership and Council consumption.
Executing on program specific deliverables as prioritized by the SVP Student Services and Program Management team.
Representing the business as a liaison for technology deliverables across the program.
Ensuring issues and actions are elevated and tracked and communicated across the program and in particular to senior management and Council.
Who You Are:
Experienced in program management, strategic planning, or organizational transformation, ideally within a professional or educational context.
A post-secondary graduate with a degree in business management, commerce or related field; advanced degrees or certificates (e.g. MBA) are a plus with 10 or more years of experience working in consulting / or equivalent to consulting at a senior level.
Forward thinking with a strategic point of view and able to document and communicate this point of view clearly.
Able to demonstrate success with complex process executional leadership, a history of product and/or operational optimization, strong data and technology expertise.
A strong communicator capable of synthesizing large amounts of complex data and articulating and presenting information to all levels of internal and external stakeholders, senior management teams and executives.
Experienced working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
Knowledgeable about the CPA profession or professional education programs, which would be an asset.
