We are looking for a Technical Lead who can help us scale our XR platform and lead the technical direction of our next generation of AI-powered immersive training products. Role Overview This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, AI expertise, and hands-on development. You will work closely with our Product Owner, Program Manager, Product Designer, and Unity Lead to transform product vision into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions. This is not a people management role. We are looking for a technical leader who can align the team around a shared architecture, establish engineering standards, break down complex initiatives into executable plans, and actively contribute to development.
