JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, customer service, and visual design principles to create engaging displays that attract customers and promote brand loyalty.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred.
  • Strong skills in visual design, marketing, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is essential; experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
