Description du poste Nous recherchons un administrateur réseau de niveau intermédiaire, spécialisé en sécurité, pour assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien de notre environnement réseau. Le candidat idéal possède 4 à 5 ans d'expérience pratique en gestion et dépannage des technologies WAN, VPN et pare-feu en environnement d'entreprise. Ce poste, principalement axé sur l'exploitation, requiert la participation à un système d'astreinte afin de garantir la disponibilité 24h/24 et 7j/7 des services réseau critiques. Responsabilités principales : Exploitation et support réseau : • Administration, surveillance et dépannage quotidiens des réseaux WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi et VPN • Intervention en cas d'incidents réseau et de demandes de service, avec résolution rapide et communication efficace avec les parties prenantes • Maintenance, mises à niveau et modifications des équipements réseau selon les procédures de gestion des changements • Support de la connectivité des succursales et des sites distants, y compris la coordination avec les FAI et les prestataires tiers Gestion du WAN et de la sécurité : • Administration et support des technologies WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN site à site, liaisons Internet, etc.) • Configuration et maintenance des pare-feu, VPN et politiques de sécurité associées (Cisco, Fortinet ou équivalent, par exemple) • Mise en œuvre et maintenance d'architectures réseau sécurisées, incluant la segmentation et le contrôle d'accès • Participation au déploiement des normes et bonnes pratiques de sécurité réseau sur l'ensemble des sites Surveillance, gestion des incidents et astreinte : • Surveillance des performances et de la disponibilité du réseau à l'aide d'outils de gestion et de surveillance réseau • Investigation et résolution des incidents réseau Alertes, problèmes de performance et incidents de sécurité • Participer à un système d'astreinte pour assurer le support en dehors des heures ouvrables en cas de problèmes réseau critiques • Escalader les incidents complexes aux ingénieurs seniors ou aux fournisseurs, si nécessaire, tout en conservant la responsabilité et le suivi Documentation et amélioration continue : • Maintenir une documentation précise des schémas, configurations et procédures réseau • Contribuer à la base de connaissances et aux procédures opérationnelles standard pour les tâches et incidents courants • Identifier les problèmes récurrents et proposer des améliorations pour réduire la fréquence et l'impact des incidents • Apporter son soutien aux projets et modifications réseau de petite à moyenne envergure, en garantissant la disponibilité opérationnelle et une transition fluide Collaboration : • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes systèmes, sécurité et assistance technique pour assurer des opérations stables et sécurisées • Apporter un soutien technique aux initiatives de sécurité, aux audits et aux activités de conformité • Communiquer clairement avec les parties prenantes non techniques au sujet des problèmes réseau et des travaux planifiés Qualifications 4 à 5 ans d'expérience pratique en tant qu'administrateur réseau ou poste similaire en environnement d'entreprise.
