Description du poste Sous la supervision du directeur de site, le chauffeur classe 1 sera chargé du transport de matériel vers et depuis nos différents sites ainsi que ceux de nos clients. Ce dont vous etes responsables : Conduire un camion à benne basculante classe AZ pour transporter des matériaux métalliques vers et depuis des lieux désignés, en assurant le respect du code de la route et des politiques de l’entreprise Charger et décharger les matériaux métalliques de manière sécuritaire sur le camion en utilisant l’équipement approprié et sécuriser la charge pour éviter tout déplacement ou dommage pendant le transport Effectuer le bâchage manuel si nécessaire Réaliser des inspections de routine avant et après le trajet pour s’assurer que le camion est en bon état de fonctionnement Compléter des registres précis et détaillés des livraisons et toute autre documentation requise Qualifications Pour rejoindre notre équipe : Vous possédez un permis de conduire AZ valide avec un CVOR et un relevé de conduite propres Vous avez de l’expérience avec la conduite de camions à transmission manuelle 18 vitesses Vous avez un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en tant que chauffeur AZ Une expérience antérieure avec un camion à benne basculante est un atout Vous êtes orienté(e) service client avec de solides compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication en français et en anglais Vous avez une bonne endurance physique et la capacité d’effectuer les activités de chargement et de déchargement selon les besoins Vous avez une certaine familiarité avec les processus et matériaux de recyclage des métaux (un atout)
