Manage monthly closing activities including COGS, stock reconciliation, and FX revaluation. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in GL reconciliations and monthly closing packages.  Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)  Support the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes. Analyze variances between actuals and plan; prepare detailed insights on key performance drivers. Assist in cash flow projections, operating expense analysis, and profitability reviews. Develop and enhance reporting templates to improve visibility of financial performance. Participate in cross-functional discussions to connect accounting insights with operational objectives.  Reporting & Process Improvement  Prepare management reports on sales, cost structure, and profitability trends. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in financial systems and reporting tools. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring accounting and reporting processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP). Job Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (GL or FP&A experience preferred).
