DESCRIPTION:

Experience: 1-5 yrs.
Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP experience with ECC and SRM preferred.
Education: Bachelor’ s Degree in Production & Operations Management, Finance or General Business preferred

Experience in Medical Event Planning: Proven experience in planning and executing events specifically within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of Compliance Regulations: In-depth understanding of industry-specific compliance regulations, such as those related to the Sunshine Act and other healthcare laws
Vendor Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
Budget Management: Strong skills in developing and managing event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools to streamline planning and execution processes
Years of experience required: 3+
Required education level/certifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Hours: 8:00 AM-5:*00 PM

Pay: $34.00 - $35.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
