Position Title: Senior Information Technology Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (Contractor facilities & USCG, Baltimore, MD & National Capital area)
Clearance: Secret
Position Overview:
The Senior IT Project Manager will provide leadership and oversight of all contractor work performed under the modernization initiative. Serving as the single point of contact with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), this role ensures successful delivery of modernization activities through planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of project management experience, including leading federal IT modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Lead overall program management activities including schedule, risk, and configuration management.
• Serve as the primary liaison with USCG leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
• Oversee Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Prepare and deliver monthly progress reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate across multiple technical workstreams (software development, data migration, API integration).
• Ensure all deliverables meet DHS/USCG security, compliance, and quality standards.
