Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in testability and test plan reviews with DFx and Design teams, working together to define and enhance yield and test methodologies. Demonstrable experience in ATE testing (critical skill), test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing experience. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 136,880 - 205,000, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
