Serves as liaison between departments for scholarship inquiries. Department Specific Essential Job Functions The specialist will work in the CRM to build, manage and disseminate communication tracks for undergraduate prospective students. Supports multiple campus constituents in their efforts to deploy and maintain communication plans and engage prospects through the CRM. Serves as liaison between Admissions and the Marketing team and other campus partners for all print and promotional materials, responsible for inventory management and ordering. Oversees and manages the production and dissemination of print and promotional materials. Responsible for weekly prospect imports into CRM. Monitors texting software data, adding new users as needed. Maximize the efficiency of the Scholarship Management Software, the data inside it, and use the software to improve customer care. Understands and analyzes the data held within Scholarship Management Software and disseminates awards. Creates and disseminates award communications to students. Serves as liaison between users.
