Job Description Als HR Directeur Nederland ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven en uitvoeren van de HR-strategie van Colliers in Nederland. Een belangrijk aandachtspunt is het operationaliseren van het “Make Culture Count”-initiatief binnen de EMEA Enterprise 2030-strategie. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën en initiatieven die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsvisie van Colliers, de behoeften van de Nederlandse markt en de EMEA Enterprise 2030-strategie. Adviseren van de Nederlandse CEO over organisatieontwerp, verandertrajecten en strategische personeelskwesties. Leiden en inspireren van het HR-team en ervoor zorgen dat business- en talentstrategieën volledig geïntegreerd zijn. Samenwerken met het EMEA People Team en Nederlandse directie om data te vertalen naar effectieve, commercieel gerichte HR-strategieën. Begeleiden van complexe personeelszaken, waaronder klachten en disciplinaire kwesties, met professionaliteit. Qualifications Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde, HR of een verwant vakgebied; master is een pre. Aantoonbare ervaring in een senior HR-leiderschapsrol, bij voorkeur in een internationale of Nederlandse organisatie. Track record in het ontwikkelen van programma’s en systemen die de prestaties van de organisatie verbeteren. Grondige kennis van Nederlands arbeidsrecht en ervaring met toepassing hiervan in uiteenlopende HR-situaties.
