Work with BMS/FMCS platforms to monitor, trend, and control HVAC systems. Support automation improvements and data-driven performance optimization. Support facility modifications, scale-up programs, and new tool hook-ups. Assist in HVAC tie-ins, equipment installation, and utility readiness. Ensure contractor work aligns with engineering standards and quality. Manage HVAC contractors, vendors, and AMC partners. Coordinate cross-functionally with production, facilities, safety, and engineering teams. Ensure adherence to safety norms, EHS guidelines, and cleanroom protocols. Participate in audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Masters's degree in HVAC or related field. 7-10 years of experience in HVAC operation, maintenance, and engineering (preferably in semiconductor, pharma, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing). Strong domain knowledge in Chillers, AHUs, BMS/FMCS, DX systems, and SAP maintenance planning. Hands-on troubleshooting capabilities and project execution experience.
