Provide IT support throughout area of responsibility Utilize ServiceNow for change management, ticketing system and asset inventory Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for resolution of network outages Perform Trusted Agent functions for SIPR Token program Assist users in the region with VTC system deployment and maintenance Support various admin duties, ex. Audits, inspections, create SOP, various data calls, training requirements, etc. Support NMCI by gathering requirements, ordering equipment, and coordinating with the Contract Technical Representative (CTR).
