About the role The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of functions and business units. What you'll do Drive action-oriented staffing to ensure that the company consistently attracts and secures higher-caliber talent across all business units. Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, technical, operational, and corporate positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, create interview plans, and establish selection criteria for new positions. Source candidates with a wide range of skills including sales, marketing and technical positions. Source through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking). Proactively identify passive candidates using online tools, social media, job boards, employee referrals and networking. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit. Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Work with leadership to forecast personnel needs, develop tactical sourcing strategy, and boosting candidate flow. Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrate an ability to anticipate hiring managers preferences, candidate communication, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
