This position reviews defects, judges product quality, investigates root causes, and shares information with related departments. Preventing abnormal products from leaving the line is the most important mission. ________________________________________ Main Responsibilities Check and classify defects detected by an automated inspection tool (classification based on images from Auto SEM (Automated Scanning Electron Microscope), following defect library) Identify root cause of defects automatically judged as out of control(spec) and provide feedback to related departments.
