Description Under general supervision, maintains and repairs Facility equipment and systems at a 24/7 facility. Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical systems, central plant equipment, specialized exhaust systems, clean dry air, acid & solvent exhaust systems, wastewater systems, and chemical delivery systems. Responsibilities: Provides general and detailed maintenance on facilities systems, such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas, and systems. Performs routine general rounds and inspections throughout facility. Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Completes documentation of all work performed. Mandatory participation in the site emergency response team. Respond to after-hour call-ins for emergency responses or repairs. Assist in coordinating building projects, facility upgrades, and special events. Relocate equipment, items, and furniture as assigned. Follow safety regulation and company procedures.
